Hi, I’m Boxi.
Before coaching, I was an architect designing buildings built to last decades.
Everything started with a blueprint.
Nothing was left to chance.
At the same time, I was building my own physique. Early mornings. Late nights. Balancing career, expectations, and now fatherhood.
I kept seeing the same cycle.
Train hard.
Bulk randomly.
Cut aggressively.
Lose progress.
Start again.
It was never a lack of effort.
It was a lack of structure.
When I began applying architectural principles to training through long-term planning, intelligent phases, and measured refinement,
