I started my journey in powerlifting and powerbuilding, where I focused on strength and performance, before transitioning into bodybuilding, refining my approach to emphasize aesthetics, muscle symmetry, and conditioning. Through years of training and experimenting with different methods, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to build muscle, gain strength, and create a sustainable, long-term physique.
